I am so sorry you are unhappy.  You are too good a person for bad things to happen (and I should know!).  

You are not alone - big cyber hugs from me - I too am decidedly unhappy but am fighting all the way.

If you want to talk I will pm you my new home phone number and we can talk (yes I am in my new home and yes the so-and-so's at work are making me redundant).

Let me know if there is anything I can do from here.
