Hi, I need to plan an offsite meeting that is located in Europe somewhere for about 35 people. We are brining in managers from Canada, UK and US to one central location. We do have a company helping us with our choices and contracts, but I would like to know from the members here if you have any suggestions for nice locations. It must have at least a 4 star hotel, good food, meeting space of course, things to do after the meeting, such as a boat cruise dinner. We are also looking for the pricing to be decent. Does anyone have any recommendations?

We went to Madrid about 7 years ago. It was very nice and we stayed at a very nice hotel. It was with my last boss so I don't have access to the file but will try to get the information. For fun we went on a bus tour. That may sound somewhat boring but it was really beautiful and fun. Doing it as a group was so fun, the tour guide created some trivia games about Madrid and we had prizes for correct answers. I will see if I can find some information.

When my people do their frequent international travel, they often seem to connect through Frankfurt. I would check there simply because there are so many flight options.
