My husband was the general manager there for 10 years, he did not own it.  It was a very small restaurant (think inside of an old gas station).  He hasn't been there for almost 10 years (different line of work) so I'm trying to remember items on the menu.  I guess what I was saying is that you can have anything on your menu and make-up "names" for the food items to go along with your theme.  That's really about all I can offer you.  Sorry.....
