I just loved New Orleans! I was there with the entire sales and marketing staff for sales kick-off about three years ago...what a riot! There are lots of fameous restaurants, but the most fameous by far is Antoine's! Definately have them go there! And I also understand that there is a restaurant in the Hotel Monteleone that is outstanding! (My brother used to work for a group that book and handled all major conventions, including the AMA!) I believe he's the one who told me about the Monteleone! Just walking around the french quarter will turn up all kinds of things...and tell them to try the fried alligator! It was very good!
