Oh, chevygirl, I hear you.  My job has deteriorated to that point as well. Boring, isn't it?  I live in a semirural area, and the only places that offer the kind of benefits I get here would be a bit of a drive.  I'm not really willing to do that, so I feel sort of stuck.  We just got a new supervisor about a month or so ago.  I have a meeting with him tomorrow morning, and this is one of the things I plan on bringing up.  I don't know if he can do anything about it or not.  But if he can eventually change the admin structure here so that someone with more ambition would have someplace to go, I think I would fall at his feet!!!
