Just a quick update for you ...
Remember how I had been asked to take on the work of an additional manager last year and how it all got out of hand? Well today I was approached and asked if I could provide some Office skills/advice/coaching to staff. After having passed the MOS cert and already assisting with various MS Office queries, it is nice to know that teams are now realising the full potential of taking advantage of my skills whilst also adding to their own skills/knowledge base.
