I particularly laughed at the last one. My boss takes no consideration of me being on the phone, since he is my job then whoever I am on the phone with is less important so they can wait (even if it's taking care of something for him).  I remember one incident a couple years ago when I was angry with him so when he interrupted while I was on the phone, I told him to wait until I was done.  He was so shocked that he didn't say a word about it!
