Sher1, as I was trying to put the finishing touches on the long awaited reopening of the reources page, I came across these web based programs that might interest you since if appears you need more Project management than Outlook offers. I think you're really looking for Groupware, which is a bit different from Outlook, though if you want to get REALLY complicated Pacific Edge now offers a suite that integrates, outlook, Project manager and Crystal reports into one easy to use suite (Easy to use being relative, let's face if if you have to SCHEDULE the demo with them and it's an hour long ...well you draw the obvious conclusions, however it IS power packed if you're looking for an expensive software baubble to add to your collection.

 Or try this one:

www.appsonline.com/quickplace_intro.html my personal pick and don't let the fact that it's LOTUS scare you, it's got an easy to use webbased interface and cool stuff like a library for your documents, of course calandering and lots of other features.  Not sure about the cost per user, but Im sure you can get that information easily.

and less conprehensive options include:

  www.webware.com/b/dp/1-10...61-1002079

www.webware.com/b/dp/1-10...61-1002006

And Last but not least here's the link for the page at CNET with the most current offerings, and you may want to back up a bit and check out the category GROUPWARE, too, if you find that these don't meet your needs www.webware.com/b/li/1-10...-1009-1261

OR just for fun, take a look at www.Intranets.com, because it sounds to me like that's what you're REALLY doing here designing a corporate intranet, this is a good place to start until you get your feet wet, and get with IT to design your own

Happy researching!

Andrea
