Thank You Letters

Last week, my boss was invited to participate in the Chamber of Commerce sponsored Quail Hunt at one of the local plantations.  He asked me to draft a Thank You letter for him to send to his "hunting buddies" from one of the local hospitals.  

I'm at a loss on this one.  I could draft a letter thanking someone for the invitation, but does anyone have any suggestions on how to say thanks to the other members in your hunting party?

How about writing the letter as a thank you for the invitation and adding something along the lines of "Please pass along my graditude to everyone else who participated in the hunt".
