I would ask for a meeting with your boss and SH to clarify what your responsibilities are to be.  Let both know you are willing to assist on any project but need help setting priorities, as you will be learning the needs of a new supervisor.  If you don't want to do this face to face an email may suffice.  Send the email to your boss and cc SH asking for clarification on the specific project duties.  Hopefully your boss will respond to the email, meaning you will have documentation of their expectations.  SH should understand your professionalism, she may not be aware of your time constraints if GK only supported one director.
