We are not limited when ordering office supplies, but all of the admins are in cost effectiveness mode. I have been using up supplies my predecessor ordered from four years ago. Our company has a national account with one of the major office supply chains and when we order online there are recommended items that are discounted because of the volume we purchase. I really haven't changed my method because I have always been frugal in office supply ordering.
I do admit to going a little crazy every once in a while and ordering a pretty color post it note!
