A colleague of mine has just told me a story about one of her team who wanted a meeting room booked for later this week. He had a particular room earmarked but someone else had already booked it.
She offered him the boardroom but apparently it was too grand. She offered him a glassed meeting room but it was too small. She offered him 2 new meeting rooms upstairs above the boardroom, but they were too far away. She also offered him 2 meetings rooms at the far end of the building, but they were too dark.
In the end she was asked if the current occupier could move his meeting to another room and free it up for him. I've heard it all now!
