Either

1.  offers all our guests free use of leisure facilities wihch are only located 200 metres from our door

or

2.  offers all our guests free use of leisure facilities which are located only 200 metres from our door

#2 - I'm not sure if it's correct grammer wise, but to me it sounds better.

#1 says the facility is only in one location
#2 says the facility is "close" (only 200 metres)
