I think it is a popular couple of weeks for annual holidays either side of the late August Bank Holiday, and as you say Cathy the last two weeks have been quiet ... ... if everyone else has gone off to party I didn't get the invite either ... is it something about our name do you think?  Cathy |

Last Monday was the UK holiday, this Monday Labor Day in the US.

While a lot of offices in Scotland don't take the August bank holiday (it's predominantly an English holiday in the UK), throughout September there are a series of Monday holidays in local areas - eg I believe it's a holiday in Aberdeen tomorrow, the Edinburgh one is mid September with Glasgow a week later. It's the last of these until the big Christmas holidays so something to look forward to.
