I was given a nice card signed by all the managers (5), taken out to lunch, given flowers (gerber daisy) in a really cute yellow labrador retriever planter and a rather large g/c to a local bookstore from my two direct managers. I also must say that they tell me "thank you" and "I appreciate you" on a regular basis, far more than previous places I've worked in my 10+ year career.
