Gee- You and I do approach this role in the same manner. It is frustrating when having to follow up all of the time but it does happen. I have come to the conclusion, I can not change the way other PA's and their boss handle their responsibilities, some communicate and some don't. I have focused on making sure my boss is where they need to be and have the information (correct) to do their job. It has made the frustration a little easier to manage:) I practice the "circle of control" and "it is what it is"
