Salary review were completed this month and the new overtime rules affect 3 of us.  We were reclassified as exempt thus losing overtime pay.  They did adjust our salary to compensate for average overtime worked in the previous year.  

Not quite sure which way I want to feel about this as it will encourage me to leave on time and take a lunch instead of trying to get just one more thing in..
