Yup, the Hoover Farrington is the King of steam vacs. It even has a hose with a rotating brush or a scotchbrite pad. My vac is pretty old, a canister, but I like it. It's called a Progressive, but that's all I know about it.
Lord, have mercy on me, I even cleaned my oven today, and underneath, since these posts reminded me. We cleaned carpets again, and varnished a couple of windows and sanded them - - just one more coat to go! I think I need to go lie down now! Shopping done, laundry done, YIKES! housework done?! Going now to look out the window for a blue moon - hope you find a dandy new vacuum, nc. GE
BTW - to whoever started this post, my desk is clean, clean, clean this weekend! Finished up projects in time for new ones to arrive this week.
