I didn't take this call, someone else in our office did. But it's from a big ditzy bubblehead woman too:



Caller: I received a form in the mail from you and I don't know what it's for.



Co-worker: What is the name of the form?



Caller: I don't know. Where would I find that?



Co-worker: Up at the top in bold letters.



Caller: Oh! Thank you.



My co-worker told me that she wanted so badly to ask the caller, "Do you know how to read?"
