I've seen the dress and it's beautiful.  It's a strapless bandeau dress.  It's a sheer silky black fabric with a black lining.  The dimonds don't cover it completely, but are spread out.  It reminds me of what a clear sky looks like in the city.  Bright stars, but not huge masses of them.  It's really tasefully done, but I wouldn't want the responsibility.
