I've never worked anyplace where there were career levels or pay grades. Does everyone in that catagory get the same pay? What if your skills and level of responsibility are greater than someone else in your pay level? Does everyone get the same raises or not based on the accomplishments of the group? I think I would rather be judged on what I do not what everybody else does.
