I believe, after reading the wordage, that it's not so much a negative as something that your office manager doesn't do and it mildly irritates you.  If you get all the support and drive that you want/need/desire, then nothing "irks" you and you have no need to reply.  But I too have a great boss that I would love to stay with for longer than I have left here, and there are still little areas that he could improve in.  Doesn't make them a bad manager or hard to work for, just an area for improvement.
