Just picked it up - a very nice leather money clip and credit card holder embossed with his initials.

In the past I've gotten him gift baskets (with a variety of coffees and teas), ties (from the art museum, not just a run of the mill type of thing), a nice bottle of wine that I know he likes, and one year I got him a gift certificate to a certain bookstore that I know he shops at.
