Great question - I would love to see some answers because after just brushing up my resume, all the advice I've read said that specifics--numbers, milestones, accomplishments--impress employers. Problem is, there aren't so many specifics in the admin field, it seems. All the daily duties seem to get mooshed together. I can't even quote the average number of documents I process per day.
Milestones for me, however, would be learning new tasks or programs, such as Pagemaker, putting together marketing files, learning how to create aerial maps, learning how to do large plans, etc. Also being given more responsibility, such as teaching newbies how to do things, or updating computer files.
