I used to love the mornings, but find as I grow older (early 50's), I don't get out of bed and off to work so easily. I'm moving more slowly before work on weekdays. Once I'm at my desk, and have had my morning coffee--at least 2 cups--I'm raring to go.
I still get up fairly early on weekends, but can't accomplish much until at least 9:00.
Early to bed every night--at least by 10:00.
