I would say my company is medium size (about 1500 Team Members - 4 plants & a corporate office)
I support the President and CEO (and his executive staff, if needed)
We have a 401k and insurance benefits (including eye and dental)
I can get overtime, but never turn it in.   I feel that it all evens out when I leave early or come in late.
