I guess mine would have to be anticipating the need.  I love when my boss asks me to do something and I can say, "It's already done."  Or when I take care of something ahead of time where he doesn't even realize it had to be done.  I'm good on computers, can type fast (I don't know about one-handed though!) and am definitely organized, but my top skill is knowing what my boss needs before he knows he needs it.
