While I'm good with all of the Microsoft Office Suite package, and also provide assistance to all my co-workers when called upon, I'd have to say my top skill would be Access Database Development and maintenance. In my 4 years here, I've developed some 4+ databases for use around this facility, to include my own extensive database that has been shared and picked up by facilities across the nation now. I am also the resident "expert", and am currently trying to figure out how they are going to continue to survive and maintain these databases after I leave. I may have to get an IT person over here so I can do a mini-mind-dump and try to pass along at least the basics on these databases.
My next best skill would be my people-skills. In my position I am responsible for putting together teams to review processes and complaints, and these are not positions folks generally desire to be on. I can normally get someone to actually volunteer to be on the team, or at the minimum feel that it is an honor to be on the team, which goes a long way towards helping the team run smoothly.
