This happened many, many years ago, but I have never forgotten it.  Thankfully, I didn't do it!

A company-wide memo went out.  In the memo names of several bosses were listed.   One of them was supposed to be Whitman, only the secretary who typed it used an "S" instead of the "W" .  Boy oh boy, did we have a good laugh over that one!  The poor girl who typed it was so mortified, she sent out a public apology.
