Redundant?  Again?  Or am I thinking of someone else?  Was this a new job?

Well so far today Jess, I'm laughing.  Had to log 3 issues with our facilities people which are all to do with the kitchen.  I feel like Jim'll Fix It today...!  Have cc'd my line manager with an update - 2 matters resolved and 1 resolution ongoing.
