Hi there - unfortunately, I don't know of anyone but that's not to say there aren't tutors in your area.  Try searching on google for "shorthand training" and see if anything comes up or Pitman Training may be able to offer a speed building course.  Alternatively, there are dictation practice tapes you can buy but I reckon your best bet is to actually find a real live person.  Good luck!
