This is our site's first year in business, we are a division of a larger out-of-state company. We are planning a holiday "gathering" of two hours at a local restaurant for appetizers and a yankee swap. I believe our director is cooking up some sort of gift for all of us as well, but this is one thing she hasn't asked me to assist with so it will be a complete surprise!
When I worked for an organization with 5 staff members, we would go out to lunch for chinese food every year, which was nice and non-stressful but not particularly memorable.
