I would have to say Powerpoint or Excel - however depends what you are working on and how creative you have to be.  I don't think we get much chance of woking with these applications for "fun" whilst in work, given that we may have deadlines to meet.  However I do enjoy the challenge to be creative and deliver what is asked of me, or more importantly, to assist others in giving tips or advice to present their work in a business fashion.
