Sympathies Dettu, but as you say, trouble are over. Take a well earned break and come back fresh and fighting for your next job/assignment.
I got a Dear John letter, no sorry EMAIL, yesterday to say I hadn't got a job I recently attended interview for. I'm mad, not that I didn't get the job, but the fact that no one could put pen to paper NOR send the Dear John from the HR official who interviewed me - it's the admins that do all the work!
I actually wrote them a thank-you letter after the interview but they couldn't even reply and acknowledge it.
Is it just me or has etiquette gone to the dogs?
