Wow I have a bunch -not in any particular order -
Short commute, not having to pay for parking, great boss, new challenges for me to master, nice office which includes a gym for working out, casual Fridays, my boss isn't a clock watcher and will kick me out the office early on Fridays on occasion, my boss and I can laugh together I'm sure I'm leaving out a few good ones - job satisfaction.
