I'm lucky enough to have two doors, one to my bosses office and one to the hallway.  If I need to close both, I do.  It rarely happens, but if I need the privacy, I'll do that, or grab my cell ph one and go find a quiet room, or use our conference room to make a call.

Sometimes Gee, when it's service folks they are hard to get ahold of and usually don't have an office staff to answer the phone, they are it. At times it can be difficult to reach that individual during off times.  Those are the few exceptions I'll make to making personal calls during the day.  Otherwise they should be done on your own time.
