No I wasn't abrupt at all.  I emailed in reply to her email and updated agenda, said thanks for the update but noticed the timings didn't match the original meeting request or room booking and I just wanted to clarify, for my boss, which details were correct.  She then called me.

She had no knowledge of it until I mentioned it.  Obviously I'm the only one who reads things.
