Joined straight out of college - 7 and a half years with the same organisation, but have had 7 different jobs (moved positions regularly by choice, and am still here).   Wow, put like that I really have moved about a bit!  Grin  I think the experience in the different sections of my organisation has really helped me with what I do.  So far it has worked out well for me - and the organisation too.
