At work we have to change our password every six months or so.   I have noticed sites are asking for more complicated passwords all the time.  It used to be we had to have one number, now we need a cap and a number, some sites need both of those plus a special character!  I have no idea how I remember them all!  I worry if I write them down on a spreadsheet that some one would steal it.  I have a simple password for the easy, I really dont care about sites, then 4 different main passwords depending on the level of security.  The password I use on my secure accounts is so confusing even I type it wrong many times, which I guess is good!  I am getting to the point, I may write them down and keep them in a secure place.  There are just too many sites with too many different combinations.

Memory is amazing though, think back before redial cell phones and phone lists, back when we had to remember phone numbers!  Remember how many you knew and still remember?
