It's a constant battle...people either travel or attend meetings, so it varies from one day to the next who is available to sign these reqeusts off. 

Hanging about someone's desk in the hope they will appear is just not an option, which is why we entrust the help of the PAs who are hired to support these individuals.

Can you imagine if I lost paperwork?  I'd be the worst in the world!
