I'm not quite sure I understand how the hanger would be used as a business card. I think I need a visual to understand. Do you mean you would put the hanger on the executives door during the interview and when someone comes up they would take one of the cards?
Some execs in my office use door hangers that say something like "Do Not Disturb" or "Meeting in Progress". I sit right outside my bosses office, so everyone automatically looks at me when the door is closed. If you're further away from the bosses door, the door hanger saying "please see ...." would be helpful.
