This is a big national electricity/gas provider here in the UK and I am sick and tired of their staff not returning calls. Two days running I have left messages for our Account Manager to phone me and have heard nothing.
Am I asking two much? Surely a call could be returned within 24 hours never mind 2 days!
Does anyone else have problems like this?

Surely there must be service level agreements in place, especially for a utility company?
Working in IT, as I did previously, we HAD to adhere to SLAs which were put in place for a particular client/project...after all they were paying for a service.
I would inquire what their target response time is for returning calls, regardless of how urgent the matter is.
