Wasn't there talk at some point about getting the capability to post files for others to access through Deskdemon? I just thought of it as I was thinking about creating some kind of dynamic To Do list (i.e., when an X is in Column A the row is hidden), and then wondering if someone already had something before I go and recreate the wheel... I think this would be great. I would be quite happy to share some of my docs and of course would be interested to see others.
All the best, Nicola.

Well the problem is not the file sharing which we know you all do anyway via email, it's the potential that something might have a virus. Macro Virus in Word are not often detected by the person who has them, which means we have to scan for them at the server level, we're working on a way to do that without slowing down the forum boards and using existing technology.
So yes, we're still looking at it, but we've got to be sure that we come up with a very safe and effective solution. Great things do not happen overnight:)
