What is your one time saving tip? Since this is a harder topic than "favorite tv show" let me give some ideas tp help jog the thought process.
Getting someone who talks to much to stop Managing your daily tasks Telephone Tag Dealing with Computer Problems Solving problems (oh I can give this one, pop on DeskDemon and ask on the Forum!) Getting Information for A Project Juggling projects
Think of what used to take you along time and now doesn't? How did this event/task change?

Two things
1 - asking 'why do we do this?' If there isn't a good or obvious answer perhaps you don't need to do it. And 'because we always have' isn't a good answer!!!
2 - eat lunch - if I skip lunch everything I do in the afternoon takes twice as long as it should do.

My biggest time-saving tips are to plan things properly, prioritize appropriately and re-prioritize as necessary.
I have a substantial workload and number of meaty projects of my own, let alone what Bossie gives me from time to time, and would be absolutely sunk if I didn't have a mania for organization. It doesn't matter whether you use project manager software, Outlook or simple pen and paper - taking time to plan saves time in the end. I have yet to miss a deadline or for one of my projects to go wrong.

one of my time saving tips has been to organise whatever i intend to use the next day before I go to bed. I get relieved when I wake up in the morning and all I have to do is pick up my bag and leave home.
I have also decided to set my watch five minutes ahead of the actual time. I each time I look at my watch I know I am five minutes earlier and I feel this has helped me save time.

My daily to-do list has helped me immensely. The last 15 minutes of each day I write my to-do list for the next day. Anything that isn't done today gets put on tomorrow's list, along with new things for tomorrow. Any project that absolutely must get done that day is highlighted. The next morning I know immediately what tasks I have to do that day and which ones are urgent. I can get started on my day right away without having to spend time deciding what to do first.
