Most have a daily routine, what is your "come back after lunch" routine?   Is it the same as the morning?

I am in the group of, "I wish we had siestas here" group and do have a low in my day after lunch.     I have no real routine.  I just pick up from where I left off in the morning.  I do come back and check email right away. Then I do a big stretch over with my arms over my head!  Then check if I have any voice mail.   When I think of it, I do that every day!  So I guess I do have a very short routine!

I usually just check my e-mail and voice mail (if any) and then start in on my "afternoon tasks." I find that taking a walk before lunch (on nice days) helps me to avoid that post-lunch lull!

Refresh Water Bottle!
Check email
Check voice mail
Produce a daily report I need to do
Make rounds to pick up in boxes

This is definitely a routine I do every day.

Same as a.m. depending on what's in the diary and which Directors are in.

Different every day, depending on what's on my plan.  I usually have a quick check of email and voicemail, then get my teeth into whatever project I'm working on - I know that they say the post-lunch time isn't the best for productivity but I actually find it's a good time for me.

Pretty much the same as the a.m.  I am guilty of losing concentration after lunch to I tend to leave the jobs that need me to be more physically active  until after lunch;  Filing, etc.

I must admit that I am much sharper in the morning.  After lunch I try to do more routine things - I'll usually work on deposits, logging reimbursement forms, copying, etc.  And by 4:00 I'm ready to do no more than filing until the end of the day!

Lately, I'm afraid I'm guilty of working through lunch just to keep up with the workload.

I know, I know!  Bad Didface!

Normally, I guess my routine would be a repeat of the morning:  check email, check voicemail, review task list.
