Hello, everyone...just checking in. I've been working on a huge, time-consuming project for the last two months, and I finally finished it up last week (only a week late). The manager in charge was very pleased; the people I did the work for don't realize the volume or difficulty of it, so they've managed only to complain or say nothing. But at least I know how hard I worked, and I get to be glad I'm done! My ability to do this facet of my job was a major factor in my getting hired, so I felt the pressure to perform well (but I also was confident that I could do a good job). And the company got me a little thank-you gift, too.

Now I'm ready to jump back in. Waving at you all...

Welcome back dettu and congratulations on finishing your project.  Have you really been away for two months, doesn't time fly!  It's nice to hear that you had a little thank you gift, they make all the hard work and stress seem worthwhile and it's nice to know that you are appreciated.
