I handed in my notice yesterday. My bosses have so much wool in their heads, none of them really believed I would go ahead and do it (and despite everything that I was telling them to keep them up to date too!). I even put in a pitch about new contract, reduced salary and working distance! I am now decluttering all my 'things to do' now and feel free - at last! I am now concentrating more on setting up independently (VA type work!) and really enjoying the challenge! Wish me luck guys - this time next month I will be living the dream in France! Jess

Wow wow wow - I do wish you the best of luck, Jess. I didn't know this was on the cards (sorry if you've posted and I've not seen). France - c'est très magnifique. I wonder why they didn't take you seriously - with your new pitch, salary etc? Their loss When do you leave? |
