Catering for Lunches

I am in a rut. I am tired of sandwich plates. What would you order for your meetings that is easy, quick and not too messy?

We do all sorts of things - pasta, chicken, salad, taco bar, potato bar, etc. Depends on the type of event, availability for seating, etc.
