Is there *any* way to retrieve a voicemail you sent to someone?? I can hear it, it's still in his box, but I need to delete it! Is this possible? Or is it sent forever???

I don't think that there is a way, unless you retrieve it from his machine and delete it

I think once it's sent, it's sent. Is there an administrator of your voicemail system you could ask to assist you. Perhaps he/she could retrieve it and delete it for you.

Winkie.......what did you put in that voice mail message???
The only way I know of deleting a message in someone else's mail box is to log into the voice mail using the password to access his account. Then, you can go in and wipe it out.
Do you know boss's password?

Oh, that's what I was afraid of.
I received a voicemail from this guy in our company, and so I called him back. Got his vm, and left a message, hung up - or so I thought - apparently I put him on speaker, and then had a small conversation about the sitch with him with my boss, and it was all recorded. I actually walked away at one point and when I came back to my desk I heard my phone 'beep-beep' and I panicked and hit the release button.
Oh jeez, it's not that big a deal, the guy knows my boss can't stand him, but it's the point of it all. I wouldn't like for him to hear this conversation.

Get a hold of your phone administrators... we have a way of recalling a voice mail in certain situations, just like you do an e-mail... Don't give up till you check with them.
