Need help with wording :)

We are updating a VERY old office manual for policy and procedures and the Boss wants to add to a statement regarding personal use of office equipment and non-business websites (games mostly).  He doesn't mind personal usage On personal time but there is one who is abusing the good graces of our boss.  I want to word this correctly so any input from all you legal eagles would greatly be appreciated!

Hi Dawn,

Our manual states that limited personal use is acceptable, but should not interfere with or conflict with business use (this is for phones and computer systems), and further states that employees should exercise good judgment regarding the reasonableness of personal use.

Then it outlines warning procedures, etc...

You may also wish to add that management reserves the right to monitor Internet usage.

This is legal and ok with our attorneys in NY.  I would definitely encourage you to have the finished product reviewed by an attorney.
